The Student Conservation Association (SCA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young people to protect and preserve the environment through hands-on conservation work. By providing young people with meaningful opportunities to contribute to conservation efforts, SCA promotes sustainability and a lifelong commitment to environmental advocacy. Through internships, fellowships, and service projects, SCA engages youth in activities such as habitat restoration, trail building, wildlife monitoring, and environmental education in national parks, forests, and communities. SCA fosters environmental stewardship, develops the next generation of conservation leaders, and enhances public lands across the United States.
