Providing job opportunities for the Roma community - an ethnic group of traditionally nomadic people who originated in northern India but live in modern times worldwide, principally in Europe - in the hospitality industry, with the long-term goal of generating more equal access to job markets, by focusing on discrimination against the Roma population in the workplace.
