Homeboy Industries is a Los Angeles-based nonprofit organization which provides services to formerly incarcerated individuals and those at risk of gang involvement, seeking to foster a culture of empathy, dignity, and second chances. Through job training, education, tattoo removal, mental health services, and legal support, Homeboy Industries has significantly reduced recidivism and helped thousands of people transition to stable, productive lives. Core programming at Homeboy Industries offers paid therapeutic for both adults and youth– offering wraparound services designed to provide education, employment development, and mental health and healing opportunities that lead to stability and self-sufficiency for individuals, families, and communities.
