Food Bank of Eastern Michigan

The Food Bank of Eastern Michigan is a nonprofit organization dedicated to alleviating hunger and improving food security across 22 counties in Michigan. Through efforts to address immediate hunger and create long-term solutions to food insecurity, the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan supports healthier communities and fosters social equity across the region. Through its network of over 400 partner agencies, including food pantries, shelters, and soup kitchens, the food bank provides nutritious food to individuals and families in need. In addition to emergency food distribution, the organization runs programs focused on nutrition education, food rescue, and community empowerment.
