Conrad Hilton founded Hilton with the belief that hospitality can be a force for good in the world. Today, we continue to deliver on our founding purpose of spreading the light and warmth of hospitality through our commitment to our Team Members and our communities. Hilton Cares is a scholarship program designed to create opportunities for growth and advancement for current and aspiring students, showcasing our dedication to nurturing and expanding talent.

Through Hilton Cares, Hilton and the Hilton Global Foundation will award selected Hilton Team Members and community members up to $5,000 USD towards education or skill development. While the intent is to inspire students with an interest and passion for hospitality, Hilton Cares is not limited to any field of study. 

Global applications will open December 09, 2024, for the 2025-2026 academic year.
